Dellshire Resort is seeking International Culinary Interns/Trainees to join our immersive hospitality experience through a 12-month structured training program. This opportunity is designed for international participants who are eager to gain hands-on culinary experience within a U.S. resort environment while developing professional, cultural, and technical skills. | The Culinary Interns/Trainees will rotate through key kitchen and food & beverage operations, gaining exposure to culinary production, food safety, kitchen organization, and service standards that support exceptional guest dining experiences. | Program Objectives | Provide practical, hands-on culinary training in a U.S. resort setting | Develop foundational cooking techniques, food preparation skills, and kitchen operations knowledge | Build understanding of food safety, sanitation, and quality standards | Enhance teamwork, communication, and time-management skills | Promote cultural exchange and professional growth within the hospitality industry | Rotation Areas & Key Responsibilities | Kitchen Operations / Culinary Production | Assist with food preparation following standardized recipes and presentation guidelines | Support daily kitchen operations including prep, service, and closing procedures | Learn proper knife skills, cooking techniques, and plating fundamentals | Assist with inventory organization, storage procedures, and product rotation | Food Safety & Sanitation | Learn and follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards | Assist with maintaining clean and organized workstations | Gain exposure to HACCP guidelines and proper food-handling practices | Support compliance with local health and safety regulations | Service Support & Kitchen Coordination | Assist with banquet, event, or restaurant service preparation as applicable | Learn coordination between culinary, front-of-house, and service teams | Support quality control to ensure consistency in food production | Observe kitchen leadership and workflow management | Training & Development | Structured training plan with department mentors and culinary leadership | Progressive skill development throughout the program | Ongoing feedback and performance check-ins | Exposure to resort culinary standards, leadership practices, and operational best practices | Cultural exchange and professional development opportunities
