KISS Product, Inc. – Design Team Intern

Position Summary:
The Design Intern will support the Nail Business Division Design Team across a wide range of creative projects, including packaging, digital, print, and in-store display design. This role is ideal for a highly motivated design student or recent graduate eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced beauty and consumer products environment. The intern will assist with market research, concept ideation, graphic production, and day-to-day design support.

Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct market research and visual trend research to support new design development.
– Assist in developing design concepts and creative ideas for branding projects.
– Support packaging design tasks, including layout updates, graphic revisions, and production-ready file preparation.
– Create and adapt banner graphics for web and print use.
– Support display graphic variation work for retail and promotional programs.
– Provide general day-to-day support for ongoing team projects as needed.

Qualifications:
– Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Visual Design, or a related field.
– Basic understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and color.
– Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, and PowerPoint.
– Strong visual sense and attention to detail.
– Good communication skills and willingness to learn in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience in packaging design, digital graphics, or retail display graphics.
– Familiarity with mockup creation and presentation design.
– Understanding of print production basics is a plus.
