Kalahari Experience Center Interns: | MUST be Bilingual Spanish/English | 1. In the Introduction phase – The participant will gain an overview of Kalahari Resorts and the surrounding community. The participant will also learn Kalahari Resorts personnel structure and the resources that will be a part of the overall program. | 2. In the Experience Center Operations phase – The participant will learn how to cultivate and build relationships with other departments within the Resort and provide them with occupancy forecasts, reports and statistical data. | 3. Experience Center Supervisory Shadow – The participant will assist in supervising and coordinating activities of workers engaged in taking, recording, and canceling reservations in the Experience Center. | 4. Leadership Development- The participant will have the opportunity to engage in a variety of classes and workshops designed to develop leadership and management skills.
