If you’re dedicated, dependable and driven to deliver exceptional guest service, this is place for you! | This position will rotate between phases of the training plan based on park operational needs and season. | What you get to do: | – Supervise the receiving, storage, and delivery of product to Busch Gardens and Water Country USA. | – Conduct daily audits of pick tickets and review pull and delivery accuracy with ambassadors | – Assist ambassadors with product stocking and rotation | – Supervise the team and overall operations. | – Coach, counsel and manage their daily schedule | – Train ambassadors on standard operating procedures and continuous development of location operations. | – Review daily check lists for vehicles and equipment.
