– Perform sales calls and reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
– Communicate and maintain positive relationships with clients.
– Visit onsite customers to service directly, including AR collection.
– Track activity, prepare, and maintain records for top accounts and account statuses.
– Present, promote, and sell products and services.
– Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
