C&J Tech – Quality Control/Assurance Intern

– Assist in monitoring and optimizing production workflows to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
– Analyze production data and identify opportunities for process improvement using engineering principles.
– Support troubleshooting of electrical equipment and systems on the production floor.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, maintenance, and quality) to resolve technical issues.
– Help implement and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for electrical machinery.
– Participate in quality control processes to ensure products meet technical and safety standards.
– Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma projects.
– Prepare reports and documentation related to production performance and system improvements.
