Culinary Intern/Trainee – Please see placement plan for further details. | Culinary Arts rotation: Cold Kitchen and Preservation, Hot Line Operations Training, | Bakery and Pastry Training, Culinary Supervisory Phase | Training in all areas of Culinary, including, but not limited to, Banquets, Pastry and Outlet kitchens | – Learn to ensure high quality and consistency of food preparation and presentation as per Omni Dallas minimum standards | – Welcome guests and colleagues in a polite and friendly manner | – Train with Chefs across multiple kitchens to perform tasks as needed | – Learn various Culinary tasks within each kitchen | – Ensure compliance of all Omni Dallas Hotel Policies | – Learn to strive to achieve departmental targets | – Ensure cleanliness of work areas | – During training, ensure to be in compliance with all Hotel health and safety policies | – Perform all other reasonable duties as needed
