Kalahari Resort – Pocono Mountains – Culinary Kitchen Rotation

Culinary Intern- | Participants will rotate though various Culinary phases such as Orientation, Casual Dining, Signature Dining & Banquet Kitchen. | Participants will learn skills from top level Chef’s in this industry, and be trained to work in a fast paced kitchen environment. | All previous learned skills, and will allow the intern to take more of a leadership role in the areas they are assigned. In addition this will also teach inventory control principles for a restaurant. | The participant will be assigned hands-on activities within Kalahari Resort’s signature dining kitchens, which in Pennsylvania include Double Cut Charcoal Grill, B-Lux Grill & Bar, and Sortino’s Italian Kitchen.
